The nacked (unassembled) boards can be ordered cheaply from several PCB manufactures.
Seeedstudio

- order procedure: Go to Fusion-PCB Service 2-layer and fill in the form, Qty: 10, Layer: 2, Thickness: 1.2mm, Dimension: 5cm Max*5cm Max, Color: Green, Finish: Hasl, and press "Next". Upload the zip file storm32-bgc-v120-eagle-gerber-files-4seedstudio-20140206.zip, which contains the gerber files, and press "Next". Press "Add to Chart" and check out.
- price (incl shipping): $9.90 + $8.37 = $18.27 for 10 pieces
- quality: copper, vias and finish very good, silk sometimes a bit weak
- shipping time: ca 3 weeks (to Germany)

- order procedure: Go to PCB Prototyping and fill in the form, Quantity: 10, Max X-Dimension (cm): 5, Max Y-Dimension (cm): 5, Layers: 2, PCB Thickness (mm): 1.2, Copper Thickness: 1 oz, Surface Finish: HASL, Solder Mask Color: Green, and upload the zip file storm32-bgc-v120-eagle-gerber-files-4smartprototyping-20140206.zip, which contains the gerber files. Press "Add to Chart", and check out.
- price (incl shipping): $9.90 + $6.83 (Registered Air Mail by Deutsch Post) = $16.73 for 10 pieces
- quality: quite good, vias not always absolutely perfectly centered but electrically OK, ground planes cut out a bit since distance between wires and ground planes of 6 mil not supported
- shipping time: very fast, ca 10 days (to Germany)
- remarks: even though the quality is not as high as for e.g. seeed, it is really quite good, and in fact good enough, in view of the very fast shipping a very good option for prototyping
